QR code actualization
Since some of our attendees are having trouble with their QR code for the Passes, we are going to update this ones.
What does this mean?
ONLY those people who hadn’t received their QR codes have to send an email to email@example.com with the payment proof of the passes that they don’t have the QR and the order details.
Then they are going to receive three new emails, in this order:
1. Order cancellation of those items
2. Accepted order of the same items
3. New Qr of the items
This emails will be sent automatically and they are only for internal management. Do not worry, you only have to save this new second and third mail, as they are the valid ones.
