When and where became the passes available.
The passes came out the 1st of February 2010 at 8pm in our online store - access through our web on the icon bar. Passes will be available until we run out of stock.

If I have a Vulturi, Vampire, Wolf or Human pass, can I purchase pictures and autographs not included in my pass lot?
Sure. Pictures and autographs will be sold in lots, and you may buy the ones that are not in your pass. You can purchase all the pictures you want; there’s a maximum of three people allowed on each picture, and each of them must pay the full price of the picture.

What is the difference between the Vulturi and the Vampire passes?
The only difference between these two passes is the group picture - the one with you and all the guests together in the same photo. This is the most expensive and limited picture.

Vulturi and Vampire passes are sold out.

May I purchase pictures and autographs with my Day or Weekend pass?
No, you can only buy pictures and autographs with the Vulturi, Vampire, Wolf and Human passes. Day and Weekend passes allow you only to the panels and merchandising rooms, but you may not buy a ticket to the Gala Dinner or the Werewolf Breakfast.

These passes are sold out.

May I take pictures to the actors with my own camera?
No, it is not allowed. Pictures with the actors must be purchased separately if they are not included in your pass. Nevertheless, you are allowed to take your camera to the panels and take pics and film from your seat. However, it is strictly forbidden to take pictures in the Autographs and Photo ops rooms.

 

May I and my friend be on a picture together paying only for one?
No, each of you must purchase a picture to be on one together, if not, only one of you will be allowed in the picture.

How will the seats on the panels room be arranged?
There will be four seating zones, one after the other. 1st zone is for Vulturi and Vampire, 2nd for Wolf, 3rd for Human and 4th for Weekend and Day passes. Each zone will be accessed through a different door and a different queue. Seats won’t be numbered, so you can sit as you enter the room.

I’m a minor, may I go to this event?
Yes, minors are allowed under the following conditions: if you are under 16, a responsible adult must come with you. If you are 16 or 17 you just need an authorization form properly completed and signed by your parents or legal custodian. If you are 16 or 17, you CAN’T be responsible for an under 16 minor.

If I’m over 18, have my pass and want to be responsible for a minor I don’t know, am I allowed to do it?
Of course, but you will be 100% responsible for the minor’s actions during the event and must be with him/her all the time, as minors are not allowed to walk around the event on their own.

Does the adult that comes with me have to purchase the same pass I have?
If you are a minor and an adult is coming with you, you don’t necessarily have to have the same passes. For example, he/she could purchase a Weekend pass and you a Vampire.

Are Robert Pattinson, Kirsten Stewart and Taylor Lautner coming to the event?
It is really difficult for them to come, as they have a lot of work and very little time. If you are coming to the event just to see them you might be disappointed, so please, think about it before you purchase your pass.

Do I have to buy a Day or Weekend pass if I already have a Vulturi, Vampire, Wolf or Human pass?
No. All those passes grant you access to the event all weekend, and they also have some special characteristics that the Day and Weekend pass don’t, so you mustn’t purchase any other pass!

What time are the activities scheduled to start and end?
The event lasts two day, Saturday and Sunday. The convention will start early in the morning and end at noon. Those of you who are having the Gala Dinner will end a little later.

The register to collect the hanging passes will take place the 15th of April 2011 at noon at the convention’s venue.

May I go to the party or the breakfast if I have a Vulturi or Vampire pass? And what if I have a Human or Wolf pass?
With your Vulturi or Vampire pass you have the option to choose between one of these two events, as it is included in the pass price. If you have a Human or Wolf pass, you can purchase a ticket to the breakfast or the dinner at the convention store.

All passes allow you to purchase tickets to the dinner and/or breakfast and go to both parties, but you MAY NOT purchase two tickets to the same party.

I am really lost, can you help me clarify all this?
KLZ Events is here to help and answer all your questions, even so, we strongly recommend you read the web carefully, particularly the “Terms and conditions”, “Prices” and “FAQ” sections, and also that you enter the forum, where you’ll find everything you’re looking for. Are there tickets, pictures or autographs available for reservation? MayI pay in installments?
No. One of our company premises is that everyone should have the same opportunity to purchase our products, and that’s why we don’t do reservations.

You must pay the whole amount of your purchase in one payment and only at our on-line store. We have really high security levels as the store is managed by a very famous Spanish bank, La Caixa.

If we launch a special promotion allowing payment by installment, it will be previously announced by KLZ Events.

May I pay through Paypal? Which payment options are there?
In our on-line store we only take:

• Payment with credit card.
• Money transfer (you must go to the bank and transfer the payment to the account number we will provide you with when you purchase your pass).

Do I have to forward you my account number?
No, you’ll have our account number so you can make your payment.

 

How many passes for each category are available?
We can’t really tell how many passes there are per category, but just so you can make your mind up, the better the pass is, the less number of tickets will be, and that’s why there are so few Vulturi and Vampire passes. The maximum people the event can hold is 1200.

 

Do you need any help?
We will be needing some Staff people to help us organize and control everything goes right during the event. A few months before the convention, we will call an announcement about this topic, and everyone who has a pass and want to help will be very welcomed to do it!

 

Will I see the actors no matter what pass I purchase?
Yes, all passes will allow you to see them every day of the event.

 

Will I be able to see the actors even if I don’t have a pass?
No, you need a pass to enter into the convention building. Security measures will be highly strong during the convention and it is strictly forbidden to get into the convention without your pass. If during the event something like this happens, the intruder will be hold and we’ll call the police.

 

Do I have to wear a costume to the party?
It’s not compulsory at all, but it would be nice if you wore something related to the party’s topic. Remember that during both parties a costume contest will be held and actors will give a price to the most original outfits!

 

Will you serve alcohol during the dinner?
Due to the fact that there will be minors at the dinner, alcohol drinking WON’T be allowed during the party at all.

 

May I re-sell my pass?
No, if you do, the buyer won’t be able to access the convention because all passes are nominative and we won’t change the name on the pass under no circumstances. Any change must be done through us.

 

MayI sleep at my own house instead of staying in the hotel and come back the next day?
Yes, booking a room at the hotel isn’t compulsory.

 

May I get my pass at the convention?
No, you must purchase your pass previously, we won’t be selling them at the convention. Nevertheless, in the event that pictures or autographs aren’t sold out, we will be selling them at the event too.

 

Which merchandising will sign the guests?
They will only sign the KLZ Events official merchandising for the TwiNightCon - which will be available in our store shortly - or official Aurum/Summit material (such as DVDs, posters, etc.) and the books (Ed. Alfaguara for the Spanish edition).

 

Why has the event been delayed again?
Producer Company Summit and Distributor Aurum offered us the possibility to have an official event and thus to be able to offer our clients some extras. We will make an announcement about it very soon.

After this new delay, may I have my money back?
No. When you bought your pass you accepted our terms and conditions that clearly state that only if the event is cancelled we will return the money, but under no other circumstances will the money be refunded. Anyway, we do allow you to sell your pass to somebody else and send us an e-mail to twinightcon@klzevents.com with the information of the new holder.

 

Will there be any kind of compensation for the inconveniences caused by transportation?
We are trying to find solutions for these problems. But as we already said, once you accepted our terms and conditions you should know that this situation was as likely to happen as any other.

When will all the new information on this event be available?
We will make an announcement when everything in confirmed and clear. Right now, the list of confirmed guests has not changed and goes as follows: Peter Facinelli, Alex Meraz, Booboo Stewart, Charlie Bewley, Guri Weinberg y Noel Fisher.
