Terms and Conditions:

  1. Instalments are not accepted. You must pay the full amount of your pass in one payment.
  2. Scalpìng is strictly forbidden. Our passes are sold with an ID number attached to the buyer, so if the pass is resold, the second buyer won't be able to access the event.
  3. KLZ Events reserves the right of admission.
  4. Children under 5 years old are allowed to enter the event without a pass. Children from 5 to 11 years old will get a special discount.
  5. Minors under 16 should be accompanied by an adult. Furthermore, minors beteen 13 and 17 years old must hold a certificate of attendance signed by their parents or legal custodian.  If they fail to show it at the entrance they won't be allowed in the event.
  6. If by any chance the event is cancelled you will have to cancel your hotel reservation yourself. The event pass doesn't include accommodaitons, and therefore the responsability of your  hotel reservation is not of KLZ Events.
  7. KLZ Events isn't in any way responsible for any problem regarding to the accommodation reservations. 
  8. KLZ Events will not refund the pass amount under any circumstances, unless the event is cancelled. If that should be the case, the full amount of the pass will be refund. 
  9. If a convention guest cancells his/her assistance the whole event will still take place, so if this happens the pass amount won't be refund.
  10. You may use the flash of your camera in the pannel's room only during the first 15 minutes of every guest appearance. After these 15 minutes,  the use of flashes will be strictly forbidden. You may also record in the pannel's room unless the guests forbid it.
  11. You are not allowed to take pictures inside the Meeting room or the autographs and photo ops rooms.
  12. The event might be recorded by KLZ Events, our sponsors or authorised media. By purchasing a pass for the convention, you are giving KLZ Events permission to record these images for promotional use and not expecting any consideration.
  13. If the event is cancelled or gets moved to another location, KLZ Events won't be responsible for the expenses this might cost to the interested party and/or the attendees.
  14. KLZ Events won't be responsible for any personal missing or stolen belongings or any accidents, unless they  are caused by negligence or other directly imputable reason to the organization. 
  15. In the event the convention gets cancelled, KLZ Events will refund the full amount of the pictures bought by the interested party.
  16. We don't accept returns of any of our products unless it' due to a Force Maujere  properly justified.
  17. In a picture of any category only 1 person is allowed. If two people want to be in the same picture, each of them must pay the full amount of a single picture.
  18. Pictues will be taken in an strict purchase order. Nevertheless, if you bought more than one picture, you are allowed to take them in just one turn so you don't have to queue again.
  19. In the event the convention gets cancelled, KLZ Events will refund the full amount of the autographs bought by the interested party.
  20. Guest actors will only sign official merchandising from the movie or tv-show who represents and KLZ Events/InterStar Con merchandising.
  21. You are allowed to give presents to the guests as long as they don't offend them in any possible way. 
  22. Autographs will be signed in an strict purchase order. Nevertheless, if you bought more than one autograph, you are allowed to use them in just one turn so you don't have to queue again.
  23. KLZ Events can't guarantee that you'll be able to purchase more than 1 picture and/or 1 autograph, as that might be limited by the guests.
  24. KLZ Events won't be responsible if to a Force Maujere reason it isn't possible to get all the autographs signed and/or all the pictures taken.
  25. If due to human and/or technical issues you bought online more passes, pictures and/or autographs than you wanted, KLZ Events will refund the full amount of the spare passes, pictures and/or autographs, which will be put up for sale again. These incidents must be reported  within a maximum period of 1 week. If after this period the interested party hasn't contacted with the organization, it will be automatically understood that the interested party gives up his/her rights, and therefore, the spare item will no be refunded.
  26. A single person is allowed to purchase more than 1 pass.
  27. Each pass must specify the name and identification of the holder. If one person purchase more than 1 pass and hasen't yet confirmed the name and ID of the other holders, he/she must send an e-mail to interstarcon@klzevents.com  with that information as soon as possible so all passes can be validated.
  28. You may cancell your pass, but there shall be no refund. Pictures and/or autographs won't be refund if cancelled either.
  29. Any kind of disrespect towards the guests or the organization will be punished by inmediate expulsion from the event with no refunds.
  30. KLZ Events isn't responsible for any delay or cancellation of some or all of the autographs and/or pictures caused by a guest's indisposition. The amount of those will not be refund.
  31. These terms and conditions can be modified whenever the organization finds it necesary. All changes will be notified to the interested party.
  32. KLZ Events will not be responsible for the protocol that any of the guests might at a point impose. When purchasing a pass, the attendees accept this and extept KLZ Events from any legal claim.
  33. Any attendee who doesn't follow the rules of KLZ Events' staff during the event, will be expelled  with no chance of refunds.
  34. Personal and/or professional commitments of the guests are above their duties with KLZ Events or the convention. Theefore, the guests can cancell their participation in the event whenever they need.
  35. Purchase confirmations will be sent within a maximum 3 days period. If after 3 days you haven't received your confirmation yet, please contact inmediately KLZ Events at interstarcon@klzevents.com.
  36. KLZ Events may change the convention date by third parties request.
  37. It's forbidden to purchase pictures and/or autographs if the interested party has not previously bought a convention pass.
  38. KLZ Events reserves the right to change, modify and/or put on special offer ANY of the InterStar Con Spain 2012 products from the very moment they come out untill the convention dates, including products sold at the convention.
  39. By purchasing the pass you fully agree with all the aforementioned terms and conditions.
