1. No aceptamos, por el momento, el pago por partes. La compra de las entradas para el evento serán en una sola vez.
2. No está permitida la reventa de la entrada ya que el nombre que figurará en nuestro sistema es el del primer comprador y no será modificado. Es necesario mostrar un documento de curso legal acreditativo con foto (DNI, carnet de conducir, Pasaporte, NIE y similares), para la entrega de la entrada por lo que si se revende, la persona que la compre no podrá acceder al evento.
3. Klz Events se reserva el derecho de admisión, en el caso de ver peligro o amenaza en alguno de sus asistentes. Este derecho se puede aplicar en cualquier momento del evento y no solo a la entrada del mismo.
4. Los niños menores de 7 años podrán acudir al evento sin necesidad de comprar entrada, a partir de esa edad y hasta los 13 años obtendrán un descuento. Siempre acompañados por un adulto que los supervise y se haga responsable del menor.
5. Si el evento se cancela, seguirás teniendo la reserva del hotel. Está deberá ser cancelada por el interesado, ya que en la entrada NO se incluye alojamiento.
6. Klz Events no se hace responsable de los problemas que puedan surgir con la reserva del hotel.
7. No devolveremos el importe de la entrada bajo ninguna circunstancia. Si el evento es cancelado, se devolverá el 75% de esta.
8. No es motivo para cancelar un evento que uno de los invitados haya cancelado.
9. Se puede utilizar cámara de fotos con flash en los paneles durante los primeros 15 minutos, tras esto el flash será prohibido. Klz Events permite la grabación de sus paneles, excepto en aquellos en el que terceras partes no deseen que esto ocurra así.
10. No está permitido tomar fotografías en la sala de los Meeting Room, la sala de los autógrafos y la de las fotogafías.
11. Parte del evento o este en su totalidad puede ser grabado tanto por Klz Events, como por sus sponsors o medios pactados con anterioridad. El comprar la entada nos da permiso para utilizar esas grabaciones de manera promocional, sin cobrar derechos de imagen.
12. Si el evento cambia de lugar o se cancela, no tendremos responsabilidad de los gastos que puedan generar en los asistentes.
13. Klz Events no se hace responsable de los objetos personales perdidos, elementos robados o accidentes, a no ser que claramente hayan sido causados por la organización.
14. Si la convención se anula, se devolverá el importe completo de las fotografías compradas.
15. Si anulas tu entrada, se devolverá el importe completo de las fotografías compradas.
16. Si la entrada no está anulada, no reembolsaremos ninguna fotografía.
17. Cada entrada podrá comprar hasta tres fotografías (de los) por invitado(s), incluidos los invitados principales, y dos de pareja, incluida la pareja de invitados principales. Solo se podrá comprar una de grupo.
18. Las fotografías comenzarán a hacerse por orden de compra. Si tienes más de una fotografía, podrás hacerlas a la vez, sin necesidad de volver a hacer cola.
19. Si la convención se anula, se devolverá el importe completo de los autógrafos comprados.
20. Si anulas tu entrada, se devolverá el importe completo de los autógrafos comprados.
21. Si la entrada no está anulada, no reembolsaremos ningún autógrafo.
22. Los actores solo podrán firmar productos oficiales.
23. Está permitido darle algún regalo al actor.
24. Los autógrafos comenzarán a firmarse por orden de compra. Si tienes más de autógrafo, podrás utilizarlos a la vez, sin necesidad de volver a hacer cola.
25. Klz Events no garantiza la posible compra de más de un autógafo y/o fotografía por limitaciones de los actores.
26. Si por causas mayores no se pueden firmar todos los autógafos ni hacer todas las fotografías, klz Events no se responsabiliza de ello. El importe de estas será devuelto.
27. Si por errores técnicos o humanos se han comprado via online más entradas, fotografías o autógrafos de los que se querían, reembolsaremos el importe de las entradas, fotografías o autógrafos que sobran y estos van a ponerse de nuevo a la venta. Estas incidencias tendrán una validez de una semana, si después de este tiempo no se contacta con la organización para solventar el problema, no habrá reembolso de los productos sobrantes.
28. Una sola persona puede comparar más de una entrada.
29. Cada entrada debe tener nombre e identificación de la persona que la posee. En caso de que una persona haya comprado más de una entrada y no haya confirmado el nombre del propietario de las otras entradas, deberá mandar un email a spnspaincon@klzevents.com con los datos del resto de propietarios a la organización antes de una semana. Si este email no se recibe, se anularán las entradas sobrantes sin devolución del dinero.
30. La entrada podrá anularse hasta una semana antes de la convención.
31. Si quieres anular tu entrada y la convención está llena, la organización se encargará de revenderla. En el caso de que se revendiera, se devolvería el importe completo, en caso contrario no habrá reembolso.
32. Si quieres anular tu entrada y la convención no está llena, no habrá reembolso del precio de la entrada.
33. El mal comportamiento hacia los actores y la organización, será motivo suficiente para la expulsión del evento sin reembolso.
34. Klz Events no se hace responsable de indisposiciones por parte de los actores, que pueden llevar a no poder hacerse todas las fotografías o autógrafos. El importe de estos no será devuelto.
35. Podemos modificar, eliminar o cambiar alguna condición de las incluidas en esta lista.
36. No nos hacemos cargo de nuevas normas añadidas por algunos actores. Los asistentes han de tener en cuenta que estos puede tener normas propias.
37. Cualquier persona que no respete y siga las normas del staff de klz Events durante el evento, será expulsada de este, sin la devolución total o parcial de la entrada.
38. Todos los invitados están sujetos a su trabajo, esto quiere decir que podrían cancelar si les surgiera algo antes del evento.
39. Las confirmaciones de venta de entradas se enviarán en un plazo máximo de tres días. Si no recibe dicha confirmación en este plazo, póngase en contacto con klz events en spnspaincon@klzevents.com
40. Klz Events puede modificar la fecha de la convención por petición de terceras personas.
El comprar una entrada significa que se aceptan los términos y condiciones expuestos anteriormente.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. At the moment, we don't accept the payment in installments. Payment for the event's access passes will be taken only as a single payment.
2. Purchasing an access pass on someone else's behalf is not allowed, because our database catalogues the first customer's data and cannot be modified. It's necessary to show an identification card with a photo (such as a DNI, ID, NIE, or passport) to obtain the access pass, so if we were to allow this to take place, the person for whom the pass was purchased would be unable to obtain access to the event.
3. KLZ Events reserves the right of admission; this can be applied at any time during the event if KLZ Events considers one customer a danger or threat to another of our customers, guests, or staff.
4. Children under 7 years of age can obtain access to the event without an access pass. Children ages 7 to 13 will be given a discounted rate. All children under the age of 18 should be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
5. Should the event be cancelled, the customer will retain the hotel reservation. This reservation should be cancelled by the customer, because the access pass does not include accommodation.
6. KLZ Events takes no responsibility for any problems relating to hotel reservations.
7. The total amount of the access pass will not be refunded. Should the event be cancelled, 75% of the amount will be refunded.
8. In the event that one of our guests cancel their appearance, the event itself will not be cancelled.
9. Camera flash will be allowed for the first fifteen minutes of every guest panel, after which camera flash will not be allowed. KLZ allows their customers to record all panels, except those which the guests request not to be recorded.
10. Photo-taking is not permitted in the Meeting Room lounge, the autograph lounge, and the Photo Shoot lounge.
11. Whole or part of the event could be recorded by KLZ Events or any of it's sponsors or other media circles previously negotiated with. By buying an access pass, the customer permits KLZ Events the use of those recorded images without any other royalties for the customer.
12. If the event changes location or gets cancelled, KLZ Events does not take responsibility for any resulting loss of funds to the customer.
13. KLZ Events doesn't take responsibility for any personal effects lost, damaged or stolen unless any member of staff is directly related.
14. Should the event be cancelled, the total amount of any photo shoot tickets purchased will be refunded.
15. Should the customer return his or her access pass, the total amount of any photo shoot tickets purchased will be refunded.
16. If the access pass is not returned, no photo shoot ticked will be refunded.
17. Every access pass owner may buy three photo shoot tickets for each guest, main guests included, and two photo shoot tickets for every couple photo shoot, main guest couple included. Just one group photo shoot ticket is permitted.
18. Photo shoot tickets will be redeemed in the order they were purchased. If any customer owns more than one photo shoot ticket, the customer should use them consecutively. It is not necessary to queue again.
19. Should the event be cancelled, the total amount of any autograph tickets purchased will be refunded.
20. Should the customer return his or her access pass, the total amount of any autograph tickets purchased will be refunded.
21. Should your access pass not be cancelled, you will not receive a refund for any autograph tickets purchased.

23. Giving the guests presents is permitted.
24. Autograph tickets will be redeemed in the order they were purchased. If any customer owns more than one autograph ticket, the customer should use them consecutively. It is not necessary to queue again.
25. KLZ Events does not guarantee the availability of more than one autograph or photo shoot per customer as a result of guests' limitations.
26. In the event that any photo shoot tickets or autograph tickets are not redeemed, KLZ Events doesn't take any responsibility. You will receive a refund.
27. If, by some technical or human mistake, you buy more access passes, photo shoot tickets, or autograph tickets than you want, you will recieve a refund for those you don't need and we will resell them. You should report the mistake after a week has passed; if after tath period you haven't contacted the organizers, you will not recieve a refund.
28. One customer may purchase more than one access pass.

34. KLZ Events does not take any responsibility for any of our guests indispositions; as a result of these indispositions, guests may not be able to redeem all photo shoot tickets or sign all autographs. We will not give a refund.
35. KLZ Events reserves the right to add, remove, or amend any of the conditions on this page.
36. KLZ Events does not take responsibility for any of the possible rules set by the guests. Attendees must take into account that guests may have their own rules.
37. Any person found not following the rules set by the KLZ Events staff will be asked to leave the event without a refund.
38. All guest appear subject to work and personal commitments. Attendees must take into account that guests may cancel should anything happen before the event.
39. Payment confirmation will be sent within three days after your purchase. If you do not recieve a confirmation, please contact KLZ Events at spnspaincon@klzevents.com.
40. KLZ Event can change the date of the convention if third parties ask them to.
