When and where became the passes available.
Packs came out on May 2011, at the first Rising Con Brazil convention. VIP passes are out of stock, but you can still purchase the Golden, Silver, Regular and Simple passes; and moreover, you can buy your Golden and Silver passes in two installments.
You can purchase your pack at the Rising Con Brazil online store, which you can access from the event web site.

When and where will the event take place? How many actors are coming?
The convention will take place in Sao Paulo, Brazil, at the WTC Sheraton Hotel, in Berrini. Right now we have not confirmed any guest, we are working on it and will do it as soon as possible. But we do know that all Supernatural actors are very interested in coming.

Why is it taking so long to have news?
Organizing an event like this is not easy. We had to make some changes that will be announced soon, but for now, we ask for your patience and understanding.

Does KLZ Events have a permit to organize such a convention in Brazil?
Every company has the right to make any economical activity in another country as long as it shows up on the company’s accounts, bills and taxes. As any other Spanish company, KLZ Events must pay taxes, charge the Spanish VAT and declare all economical activity, no matter where this activity takes place. Anyway, the Brazilian Embassy in Spain, the Spanish Consulate in Brazil and the Brazilian Chamber of Commerce know about this event and it’s absolutely legal.

If I purchase a pack, can I buy pictures and autographs that are not included in the pack?
Yes, you can buy any product you want as long as you already have a pack.

Do all packs allow me to access to the event on both days? How do I get my pack?
Yes, all packs include entry permission for both days. The event will take place on a weekend and the registration the Friday just before the weekend. We will e-mail you an electronic pack after your purchase in .pdf format that you must print and hand out at the registration desk, where you will be given the actual pack.

May I take pictures to the actors with my own camera?
No, it is not allowed. Pictures with the actors must be purchased separately if they are not included in your pass. Nevertheless, you are allowed to take your camera to the panels and take pics and film from your seat. However, it is strictly forbidden to take pictures in the Autographs and Photo ops rooms.

May I and my friend be on a picture together paying only for one?
No, each of you must purchase a picture to be on one together, if not, only one of you will be allowed in the picture.

How will the seats on the panels room be arranged?
There will be four seating areas, one after the other. The priority area is for VIP packs. 1st area for Golden, 2nd for Silver, 3rd for Regular and 4th for Simple. Seats will be numbered and we’ll take care that they are respected. If you want to sit near your friends, we recommend that you purchase your packs together, because the numbers on seats are consecutive.

I’m a minor, may I go to this event?
Yes, minors are allowed under the following conditions: if you are under 16, a responsible adult must come with you. If you are 16 or 17 you just need an authorization form properly completed and signed by your parents or legal custodian. If you are 16 or 17, you CAN’T be responsible for an under 16 minor.

If I’m over 18, have my pass and want to be responsible for a minor I don’t know, am I allowed to do it?
Of course, but you will be 100% responsible for the minor’s actions during the event and must be with him/her all the time, as minors are not allowed to walk around the event on their own.

Does the adult that comes with me have to purchase the same pass I have?
If you are a minor and an adult is coming with you, you don’t necessarily have to have the same passes. For example, he/she could purchase a Simple pass and you a Golden.

What currency do you use in your store?
At the prices area in the Brazilian web the prices are listed in Brazilian crowns. The base price is marked in dollars, but when you make the payment you can pay in crowns.

When do I have to pay for my pack if I purchased it by wire transfer, Western Union or MoneyGram?
You have 3 working days to make your payment. If you are delayed the purchase will be cancelled and you will have to do it again.

What time are the activities scheduled to start and end?
The event lasts two day, Saturday and Sunday. The convention will start early in the morning and end at noon. Those of you who are having the Cocktail will end a little later.

The register to collect the hanging passes will take place the Friday prior to the event weekend at noon at the convention’s venue.

What is the best way to stay updated about this event’s news?
You can follow are web site, our official Facebook group and our twitter. If you want to read all the news in Portuguese you can follow us at @RisingConBr in twitter.

May I pay through Paypal? Which payment options are there?
In our on-line store we only take:

Payment with credit card.
Money transfer (you must go to the bank and transfer the payment to the account number we will provide you with when you purchase your pass).
MoneyGram or Western Union.

Do you need any help?
We will be needing some Staff people to help us organize and control everything goes right during the event. A few months before the convention, we will call an announcement about this topic, and everyone who has a pass and want to help will be very welcomed to do it!

Will I see the actors no matter what pass I purchase?
Yes, all passes will allow you to see them every day of the event.

Will I be able to see the actors even if I don’t have a pass?
No, you need a pass to enter into the convention building. Security measures will be highly strong during the convention and it is strictly forbidden to get into the convention without your pass. If during the event something like this happens, the intruder will be hold and we’ll call the police.

May I re-sell my pass?
No, if you do, the buyer won’t be able to access the convention because all passes are nominative and we won’t change the name on the pass under no circumstances. Any change must be done through us.

Will there be any special discount for people staying at the hotel?
Yes, there will be a discount for people stating at the event’s hotel.

Will there be simultaneous translation at the event?
All actors will be accompanied by an interpreter and we are thinking about having interpreters at the panels as well, but we will confirm this later.

May I get my pass at the convention?
No, you must purchase your pass previously, we won’t be selling them at the convention. Nevertheless, in the event that pictures or autographs aren’t sold out, we will be selling them at the event too.

Which merchandising will sign the guests?
They will only sign the KLZ Events/Rising Con Brazil official merchandising or official Warner Bros./CW/Supernatural material (such as DVDs, posters, etc.).
